Description
NOTE: This will be a Sealed Bidding Solicitation, all responses to this Invitation For Bid (IFB) shall be submitted via FedConnect ONLY. Email proposals WILL NOT be accepted.

The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA, Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project.

Flatiron Substation 2025 Breaker Replacement-
Principal components of substation work include the following:
(1) Provide demolition and site development.
(2) Provide foundations and platforms for substation electrical equipment.
(3) Furnish and install galvanized steel structures.
(4) Install Government-furnished power circuit breakers.
(5) Furnish and install high voltage bus, grounding system, conduit, insulated cables.
