The Abington-Jenkintown Connection Project (Phase 2B)

Project Description: Notice is hereby given that Abington Township (“the Owner”) will accept sealed proposals online for the THE ABINGTON-JENKINTOWN CONNECTION PROJECT (PHASE 2B) in Abington Township, Montgomery County, PA.
Bids will be accepted electronically until 10:00 AM, June 27, 2025 via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/) only.
Plans and specifications are available online at no charge via PennBid. (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/). Questions must be submitted via PennBid by June 23, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all the bids.
All Bidders are required to establish proof of competency and responsibility, in accordance with 67 PA Code Chapter 457, Regulations Governing Pre-qualification of Prospective Bidders and PennDOT Form 408/2020, as supplemented and amended, Section 102. Subcontractors must pre-qualify in the same manner, if listed in the proposal or if Bidder subsequently undertakes the partial or total construction of one or more items of work. All Bidders and Subcontractors must be PennDOT pre-qualified for the items of work they are to perform.
