2026 Hand Planting Services for Reforestation Groundcover Restoration

The Northwest Florida Water Management District (District), 81 Water Management Drive, Havana, Florida 32333, is soliciting bids for 2026 HAND PLANTING SERVICES FOR REFORESTATION AND GROUNDCOVER RESTORATION for the planting of approximately 331,000 container-grown longleaf pine tubelings and 200,000 wiregrass plugs on approximately 510 acres in Jackson, Liberty, and Washington counties. The Work is expected to begin on or around February 1, 2026. The qualified contractor providing the lowest bid for the services will enter into an agreement with the District, a draft of which is contained within the Invitation to Bid. The specifications and conditions contained in the draft agreement should be reviewed and taken into consideration when preparing bids.
