Ohio Department of Health-DOH56638-Bureau of Maternal Child & Family Health-Medical Consultation Services RDQ

The Bureau of Maternal Child and Family Health (BMCFH) including the Complex Medical Help (CMH) Program span a broad range of issues necessitating specialist expertise to ensure that the program areas are making informed public health programmatic decisions. The objective is to contract with a vendor who can provide medical and clinical expertise to the broad range of programs within the BMCFH and CMH program areas using evidence-based approaches and public health best practices.

Round Two posted due to not having received any bids during round one. Round Two will allow more time for interested vendors to view the solicitation and submit a bid.

Offerors will need to review the attached RDQ DOH56638 SRC0000029049. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “DOH RDQ #SRC0000029049/DOH56638 - Technical Proposal” and "DOH RDQ #SRC0000029049/DOH56638 - Cost Template” as appropriate. Please note there is not a page minimum or maxium for the technical proposal and bidders should refer to technical evaluation criterion on the RDQ document for guidance.
