Concrete Patching, Paving, and Curb Repair (JOC)

The Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for Concrete Patching, Paving, and Curb Repair Job Order Contracting (JOC) on an as needed basis where work is of arecurring nature but the delivery times, type, and quantities of work required are indefinite. LISD is currently composed of approximately 80 facilities. This solicitation specifically includes, but is not limited to, concrete patching, paving, curb repair, and other related products and services. Except for specific hourly rates, all pricing shall include all costs, including but not limited to, set up fees (mobilization), materials, labor, shipping and handling,to provide a completed project as required. Each project will be turnkey. The initial term for this contract shall be for one year and 8 months.

Any company that has previously submitted a response to CSP #3212-24 renewal shall be deemed to have satisfied the requirements for this CSP, and no further submission is required or expected.”

Lewisville Independent School District (LISD or DISTRICT) is accepting supplemental proposals and pricing for CSP #3212A-24 Concrete Patching, Paving, and Curb Repair (JOC).

Upon approval by the LISD Board of Trustees, this supplemental CSP will incorporate additional vendors as needed. This CSP will run concurrently with CSP #3212-24 to support the District’s requirements.

All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered.

Missing or incomplete information may have a negative impact on vendor evaluations.

CSP # 3212A-24 shall be awarded at District discretion, to multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or award the Contract to a single Proposer. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of products and/or services that provides best value to The District.

The initial term of this proposal shall be from September 2026 - April 2027.

Dependent on the long-range needs of the District, this bid will automatically renew for the terms listed below. If the vendor does not wish to renew, or wishes to renew with new terms and conditions, please contact LISD within 90 days of the renewal term. There will be two successive renewals, each consisting of a one-year term.

Initial Anticipated Contract Term: Sept 2026 - April 2027

Second Term: April 2027 - April 2028

Third and Final Term: April 2028 - April 2029
