APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to utilize other than full and open competition to place an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0002422G5311 to Raytheon Technologies (Raytheon) located in Marlborough, Massachusetts. This BOA order will satisfy the requirement for the procurement of OSI Diodes for FY25/26 Solid State Switch Assembly (SSSA) Kits and FY26 Engineering Services in support of the MK99 FCS program.
This BOA order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Raytheon is the only qualified source that possesses the in depth technical expertise, knowledge, resources, and understanding of the MK99 system necessary to satisfy the Government's requirements to be procured under this BOA.
This is not a request for competitive proposals. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities must contact Raytheon directly.
