Artificial Intelligence Solution
Description:
Binghamton University is seeking to procure an enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solution to support productivity, innovation, and collaboration across our institution. The solution must include:

advanced natural language processing capabilities

robust data privacy and security features
-
administrative tools for user management and analytics
-
the ability to scale for widespread institutional use
-
the solution should provide priority support, guaranteed uptime, and compliance with relevant security and accessibility standards
This platform will be used to enhance academic, administrative, and operational workflows
SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law 355 (5) {a}, which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity / product or service.
