The Contractor shall provide comprehensive K-12 education program services and special education services to be provided in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations including Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction 1342.12, Provision of Early Intervention and Special Education Services to Eligible DoD Dependents, June 17, 2015. Services shall include special education programs for eligible Dover AFB dependents 3-21 years of age in all appropriate settings. The comprehensive education program services include food service, grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and student transportation. There are approximately 430 eligible dependent K-8 children of DoD personnel residing on Dover AFB.

Amendment 0001: To update the solicitation clauses, provisions, and attachments
Amendment 0002: attach the Questions and Answers and Update the PWS, Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 (adding more time for additional questions), Pricing Sheet, and CLINs.
