Project Description: Worcester Township (“Township”) is a Second Class Township located in central Montgomery County, PA. The Township is approximately 16 square miles and its population is 10,317 as of the 2020 Census. The Township is governed by an elected three-member Board of Supervisors elected at-large in accordance with the provisions of the PA Second Class Township Code. The Township is seeking professional consultants to submit proposals for a Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO) Rewrite.
Proposals are due to the Township by Friday, July 11, 2025 at 12:00PM. All proposals must be submitted through the PennBID system. All questions must be asked through PennBID. Do not contact the township directly.
