Organized Site Visit
A Forest Service organized site visit has been scheduled for March 13th, 2026, at 9:30 AM local time.
Requests For Information (RFI’s)
RFI’s) are required to be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Troy McCullough (troy.mccullough@usda.gov), via email no later than March 19th, 2026, 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time. No questions will be accepted after this date and time.
Quote Due Date
All quotes shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer, Troy McCullough (troy.mccullough@usda.gov), no later than March 30th, 2026, 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time.
The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, materials, equipment, vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, and miscellaneous items needed to remove, dispose, and replace the existing HVAC units and associated ducting work. The contractor shall reinstall any damaged HVAC ducting, Ceiling drywall, texture, moisture barrier and insulation that may be required.
All work shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications contained herein. No changes to the specifications, terms, or conditions shall be made without the prior approval of the Contracting Officer in writing. All submittals for changes or substitutions will be subject to a maximum review time of 10 business days and notice of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the contractor by the CO or COR. The contractor is responsible for complying with all applicable regulations and obtaining all permits for this work.
