Overview
CCUA is accepting proposals from qualified Suppliers for Refresh of its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System. This is to be a turnkey package that will include hardware, software, installation and related services.
APPROVED EQUIVALENTS
Solutions and systems stated herein establish the desired quality and features acceptable to CCUA. However, CCUA will accept solutions and/or systems it deems equivalent. Suppliers must clearly state any variance from the specifications and upload adequate supporting documentation for evaluation in Project Documents, Section 2.

Documentation and Planning -
Initial onsite assessment visit to fully document existing OT network and relevant IT systems, OT systems Visio documentation for physical fiber and logical network, Physical installation walkthrough and planning, Firewall rule and traffic flow diagrams, IDMZ layout plan.

Installation -
Fiber and copper networking as needed, Electrical installation as needed, Server Rack installation, Server Rack component installation – items from hardware list, Full component and cable double labeling according to Industry Standards and CCUA existing standards.

Configuration - Network Configuration, Firewall Configuration, Server Configuration, Controls Systems Configuration.

Commissioning -
Onsite integration of total system ensuring top-down usability and function.

Knowledge Sharing/Training -
Tutorials for all access levels. Training for systems and access methods that leverage the IDMZ for all parties involved.
Optional

Install and Configure Aveva PI Historian (2,000 Tags)

PI System 2,000 Tags w/5-pack Datalink Clients (1-Year)
Travel
Budget for travel as required for multiple visits.
Exclusions
The Awarded Contractor will perform this work without requiring downtime of any production equipment or software except where discussed and planned by both CCUA Technical Resource and Contractor
Please note CCUA is tax exempt under Florida Statutes Section 212. As such, we are not subject to sales tax. A copy of our tax exemption certificate is available upon request.
