- Technical capability and Delivery/Schedule/Installation that meets the government requirements as described in Attachment A – Statement of Work or Specifications, particularly those minimum requirements identified in Section 3 Scope & Section 5 New Equipment Requirements & Section 7 Work Requirements.

- Past Performance. The Government reserves the right to retrieve and review past performance information from the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and other federal sources and systems.
Quotes will be due on or by 06/12/2025. The acquisition is Competitive 8(a) set-aside.
