PROJECT DESCRIPTION The City of La Porte is seeking qualified contractors to remove debris from the wastewater treatment plant aeration basins as needed utilizing a truck mounted vacuum unit. The treatmentplant is located at 1301 S. 4th Street, La Porte, Texas 77571. QUESTIONS and CLARIFICATIONS All requests for interpretation shall be submitted as a question at www.publicpurchase.com or to purchasing@laportetx.gov or may be delivered in writing to the Purchasing Office located at 604 W. Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, 77571. Purchasing will act as liaison between Bidders and the department’s representative or the Engineer/Architect to seek clarification or supplemental instructions appropriate to the inquiry. The deadline for answering questions is seven (7) working days prior to the bid opening.
