Surf Camp Programming

Scope of Services: The City of Deerfield Beach is soliciting sealed responses from qualified firms to provide Summer and Out-of-School Surf Camp Programming for the City of Deerfield Beach, Parks and Recreation Department. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing qualified, licensed and certified surf instructors for the Summer and Out-of-School Surf Camp Programming.in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of services for the above-mentioned Request for Proposals (RFP).
The City will HOLD a Non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference on April 1, 2025 at 11:00 AM EST online via Zoom.

Questions and Answers: The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through eProcurement Marketplace by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via eProcurement.

Licensing Requirements: The Vendor must possess the appropriate Florida license or current certificate of competency issued by Broward County Examining Board having jurisdiction over licensing of Contractors in the type of work involved in this contract. Refer to Qualification of Proposers for additional information.

The City of Deerfield Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
The City of Deerfield Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
Proposals will be accepted through a secure mailbox at eProcurement ( https://deerfield-beach.ionwave.net/HomePage.aspx ) until the Deadline for Submission as indicated in this RFP. Late Bids will not be accepted. The City will only accept electronic bids for this RFP.
