Epilog Fusion Pro 48 (or equal) Laser Engraver to etch or mark any tools or to cut foam for consolidated toolkits (CTKs) that are used on the flightline per DAFI 21-101, Aircraft and Equipment Maintenance Management, para 8.3.3 “Design CTKs to provide for quick inventory and accountability of tools. CTKs and tools will be clearly marked with the Equipment Identification Designator (EID)” and para 8.3.5 “Each tool, item of equipment, or consumable contained in a CTK will have an assigned location identified either by inlay cuts in the shape of the item, shadowed layout, label, or silhouette.”
Machine must have a minimum bed size of 48"x36", must require a minimum of 80 watts, must have a live-feed auto-focus camera.
Training will also need provided by the contractor, as an incidental service.
2-year warranty must be provided.
