Project Description: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Acheson Wastewater and Big Lake Storm Rehabilitation, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
The County is seeking submissions from qualified Engineering Consulting firms to provide design and construction management services for Wastewater and Stormwater rehabilitation in the Acheson & Big Lake Area.
The project will be split into two parts:
1. Trenchless repair of approximately 200m of concrete storm mains in Country Squire Estates in the Big Lake Area.
2. Investigation, prioritization and rehabilitation of approximately 7km of wastewater mains and 75 manholes in Acheson Zone 3, with the purposes of reducing inflow and infiltration (I/I) in the system.
