42366 - Security Residence Renovation (Pablo Creek Conservation Area)

The St. Johns River Water Management District (the “District”) is seeking submittals from qualified contractors that possess a current, active Florida General Contractor license to renovate and restore an existing dwelling unit at the recently acquired Pablo Creek Conservation Area property (the “Work”). The estimated budget for the Work is $60,000. All Work must be substantially completed and accepted by the District no later than September 30, 2026.
