Description of Problem:



CGC Hickory has had significant issues operating their Fuel Oil Purifier (FOP) system and have exhausted organic support on troubleshooting and identifying necessary repairs. They are requesting two days off on site to support to identify necessary parts to replace to effect repairs. They are currently experiencing FOP discharges oil through the water outlet, no discharge through the product outlet. Small knick seen on sealing face of sliding bowl body. Replaced O-rings and seals following the intermediate service kit. Systems point to broken oil/water seal during separation process.





Tech Rep Requirements:



Contractor will be certified to work on Alpha Laval specific equipment and systems.

Two days of on site technical assistance and identification of necessary parts to purchase to affect repairs.
