A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid will be held on February 5, 2026 @ 9:00 a.m. located at Blue Heron, 4800 Deep Marsh Rd, Titusville, FL   32780.

The City of Titusville intends to contract for the construction of the Blue Heron Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Filter Upgrade.   The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of the facilities that includes retrofit of the existing sand filters at the City of Titusville Blue Heron WRF to Aquadiamond cloth media filters. This includes installing a canopy over the proposed filters with new grating and handrail and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
