Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit qualified providers to deliver comprehensive, professional learning services that support the implementation and sustainability of Personalized Competency Based Learning (PCBL) in Park City School District. The district seeks to partner with demonstrated expertise in PCBL to build the capacity of PreK–12 educators, school leaders, and district teams through responsive, research-based professional development, coaching, and system-level consultation.
Proposals are due June 12, 2025 at 2:00 pm MDT.
