Project Description: Spanish Fork City Power is relocating an existing substation.
The successful consultant will perform a conceptual and detailed design, provide
specifications, construction support and will lead the testing and commissioning of
the substation. The engineering firm will be required to interface with Spanish Fork
City Power & Light staff during all phases of the project to review the project content
and progress. It is anticipated that multiple meetings will be conducted by the
engineering firm with Spanish Fork City Power staff during the engineering,
construction and testing of the substation.
The consultant is to develop specifications for the complete project and bid
documents for all the areas of work that will not be constructed by the power
department. The consultant will use the bid documents to solicit bids for these
