The City of San Leandro is seeking bids for the "Annual Street Sealing 2021-2023, Project 2023.0070." The work to be done consists of applying asphalt rubber chip seal, slurry seal and micro surfacing on City streets; and doing all appurtenant work in place and ready for use all as shown on the plans and described in the specifications.
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: All bidders must attend at least one mandatory pre-bid conference. A firm that didn’t attend a minimum of one pre-bid conference isn’t qualified to bid on the project. Pre-bid virtual conferences will be held as detailed below and can be accessed, by internet or by dial-up. The information presented at both conferences will be identical.
