Description

This RFQ is being issued to establish a firm-fixed price (FFP) service contract for onsite maintenance of two (2) laminator machines at one (1) location. This service contract requires on-site maintenance to include all parts and labor (minus consumables). This service contract will be for up to 60 months, with the first year starting 01 September 2025 and going to 31 August 2026 (see Period of Performance below). All responsible sources may submit quotations via the PIEE Solicitation module only. Emails will not be accepted.DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: DLA seeks to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Contract for Onsite Maintenance of two (2) laminator machines (Fujipla HLA-2301 ALM 12.6? and Tamerica TCC-1200HC). All offered services must meet requirements stated in the Attachment 1 ? Performance Work Statement (PWS).This RFQ is a full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811310. The business size standard is $12.5 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this acquisition is J039.
