The Maryland Department of Health, Behavioral Health Administration, is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) to identify and engage an entity with the capacity and expertise to deliver comprehensive training, and technical assistance to the local jurisdictions in Maryland to support their capacity building efforts, and implementation and evaluation of their substance use, evidence-based prevention strategies funded by the Substance Use Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Services (SUPTRS) block grant and the Opioid Misuse Prevention program (OMPP).
