2FL0807 Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other than Full and Open Competition

The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Melbourne, FL at Melbourne International Airport.

The Government require office and related space yielding a minimum of 1,623 ANSI/BOMA office area and 1 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.

To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by August 12, 2024. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a lettr from the owner granting permission to make a general offiering of the space).

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).
