Construction Management Services for the Superstructure of the Owls Head (OH-007) Combined Sewer Overflow Facility at the Gowanus Canal. This Request for Proposal (“RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
