The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide on-site Board-Certified Interventional Radiology Physician Services for its Veteran population at VA Oklahoma City Health Care System (VAHCS).
Place of Performance: The contractor will provide Interventional Radiology services onsite at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, located at: 921 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104.
Type of Contract: If this Sources Sought leads to future solicitation, the Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period shall be five (5) years, one (1) base year and four (4) option periods.
Qualifications: The Contractor shall provide a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist who is also fellowship-trained in interventional radiology to perform services onsite at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System. All services must be performed by qualified, licensed personnel who meet or exceed the standards established by the American College of Radiology (ACR).
The contractor shall be responsible for providing Interventional Radiology procedures, including but not limited to the following:
Arterial Diagnostic and Interventional including but not limited to:
PTA
Stent
Thrombolysis
Embolization
TACE embolization
Catheter Placement (Non-lytic)
Arterial Stent Graft
Foreign Body Manipulation/Removal
Other Arterial Interventions
Vein Diagnostic including but not limited to:
Vein Peripheral
Vein SVC/IVC
Vein Central/ Visceral Sel
Vein Intervention including and not limited to:
PTA
Stent
Thrombolysis and Thrombectomy
Filter Placement and Removal
TIPS
Venous Access
Venous Embolization
Portal Venous Embolization
Venous Sampling
Foreign Body Manipulation/Removal
Other Venous Interventions
Venous Access including and not limited to:
Non-Tunneled Catheters
Tunneled Catheters
Ports
Arterio-Venous Shunt Management for Dialysis including and not limited to:
