APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order under Lockheed Martin Corporate Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001923G0002 to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS), Owego, New York, for the material procurement of Aft Bellcranks in support of the MH-60R aircraft in service of the United States Navy (USN). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within thirty days after the publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Questions concerning subcontracting opportunities should be directed to Mr. Brian Simpson at brian.1.simpson@lmco.com.
