This modification 0001 is hereby issued to make corrections and clarifications to the subject solicitation as follows:
- To correct Standard Form 1449, block 8 (Offer Due Date) from 2025 JUL 30 to 2025 AUG 04.
- To correct Attachment A-1 Schedule, CLIN0009 (Fujairah UAE) mode of delivery from TANK TRUCK (BRG) to BARGE (BRG).
- To correct Based Reference Date from 13 March 2025 to 13 May 2025.
- For CLIN0007 (IFO RME 380 at Fujairah, UAE), maximum 3.5% Sulfur is required.
- For CLIN0008 (IFO RME 180 at Fujairah, UAE), VLSFO (maximum 0.5% Sulfur) is required.
- For CLIN0010, this line item has been deleted.
- For Marine Gas Oil (MGO) fuel, per ENERGY QAP C16.23-2 COMMERCIAL MARINE GAS OIL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (DLA ENERGY APR 2021): Product shall conform to the requirements of the latest revision of ISO 8217, Category ISO-F-DMA.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
