Description

This is a sole source notice of intent and is not a request for proposals or quotations. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice.



The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements: DoDEA requires digital instructional resources and virtual professional development for grades 6, 7, and 8 semester-long health education and for a one semester (0.5 credit) high school, grades 9, 10, 11, 12 health education course. Materials must be aligned to the national standards and comply with current Executive Orders.



DoDEA intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 1901(a)(2) and FAR 13.50l(a), a sole source acquisition under the authority of the special program for commercial supplies or services. Only one responsible entity can meet DoDEA's requirements, and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order contract. The period of performance will consist of a 1 year base.
