The Government anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement. Project Description (Scope); The primary objective of the project is to provide
replacement and repair of existing roofing. Contractor shall complete the following tasks to address and resolve the condition issues of the roof, treatments including ridge caps, gutters, downspouts, sub-sheeting, flashing and panel insulation.
This requirement involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work when the solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation and other attachments as required. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued.

The solicitation, Request for Quote (RFQ) and its attachments will be issued electronically. Anticipated publish date: On or about 30 April 2025. The solicitation documents will be posted to SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
Site Visit; Only one site visit will be offered for this opportunity, and the information shall be listed in the formal solicitation when it is published to SAM.gov.
