Solicitation Document Description: This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the
“City”) to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the non-exclusive supply of all
Warranty and non-Warranty Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Repairs,
Parts, Preventative Maintenance, and Inspections for Toyota Vehicles on an asand-when-required basis at suppliers’ facility, for the City of Toronto's Fleet
Services Division (FSD). Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Repairs, Parts,
Preventative Maintenance, and Inspections for Toyota Vehicles, as further described
in Part 3 and the Contract (the “Deliverables”).
Applicable Trade Agreement: Chapter 19 of Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)
Chapter 5 of Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
Chapter 9 Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Ontario and Quebec (OQTCA)
Recurrent Contract: The term of the Contract is to be for a period of one (1) year from
date of award with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the
same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to four (4) separate one
(1) year periods.
