Pressure Washer(s) Equipment Acquisition

Clear Creek County wishes to invite equipment dealerships to participate in this Request for Quotes to assist us in the purchase of:

• Two (2) gasoline powered diesel heated hot water pressure washers should come with frames and roll cages, capable for producing a minimum of 5GPM at 3,000 PSI.
• One (1) electric powered diesel heated hot water pressure washer capable of producing 4GPM at 2,000 PSI

The quote should include a cover letter that includes; company information and type of equipment that is available for purchase from the company.  Responses for this quote are to include a company cover letter with the following:

• Company Name
• Main point of contact for quote – name, phone number, email address
• Type of equipment company offers for sale
• Other pertinent information the company would like include in relation to the submitted quote for consideration

The contract will be awarded to the vendor whose quote is within the competitive range and whose offering is determined to be the most advantageous to the County, price and other factors considered.  Pricing shall include purchase prices and applicable fees and freight.
