Re-Bid Ada County Sheriff's Office Uniforms

Project Description: Ada County is requesting bids for the purchase and delivery of uniforms for the Ada County Sheriff’s Office, as well as other County offices and departments (hereinafter “Products”), as more thoroughly detailed herein. The winning Bidder will be chosen based on the percentage discounts it proposes to provide the County from the standard, retail price of the items specified, and as more detailed in the Bidder’s Bid Form. By submitting a Bid, Bidder certifies that it carries all Items listed for each Manufacturer in Exhibit A and BidTable (BT-18NR), with the exception of any listed body armor product lines, which are optional and not required for a responsive bid. The winning Bidder will be expected to provide any men’s or women’s clothing item for the Discount Percentage bid in BidTable (BT-18NR).
Products offered must be in “new” and first-class condition; no used, refurbished, remanufactured, or demonstration products will be accepted. The purchase of such products will be indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ). No guarantee can be made concerning the amount which may be required for purchase or the dates they may be ordered.
Bidders or Bidders’ local subcontractors must have a business location within ten (10) miles of the Ada County Sheriff’s Office, located at 7200 Barrister Drive, Boise, Idaho 83704. This proximity requirement is necessary because the services include uniform fittings and alterations that are frequently needed on a walk-in or short-notice basis, and require convenient, timely access for personnel.
