Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive Emergency Medical Services (EMS) System Evaluation and Optimization Study. This assessment will evaluate current system performance, identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency and resource utilization, and provide evidence-based recommendations for sustainable service delivery models that maximize both clinical outcomes and revenue capture.
