AMENDMENT 3 - The purpose of Amendment 3 is to update the RFQ COMBO document. Both a Tracked Changes and Clean copy were uploaded.
AMENDMENT 2 - The purpose of Amendment 2 is to upload Appendix G - Irrigation As- Builts which was not orginally attached.
AMENDMENT 1 - The purpose of Amendment 1 is to update the RFQ COMBO Site Visit date and language and to update the Question and Answer due date. Section 1.10 of the RFQ COMBO was updated as follows:
All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email no later than 3:00pm MST on 25 June 2025 to the POCs at the email addresses provided above. Any questions shall be provided to the points of contact listed in Section 1.6. via email. A formal site visit will be conducted on 24 June 2025 at 10:00am MST to allow prospective offerors the opportunity to inspect the site and assess the conditions relevant to the performance of this requirement. The contractor shall provide the names of all members attending the site visit to the POCs listed in 1.6. by 3:00pm MST on 20 June 2025. Contractors should limit the number of attendees to 2-3 attendees. This site visit will serve as the only opportunity to view the site prior to the RFQ closing and before contract award.
The contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Buckley Space Force Base (SFB) in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Estimated workload factors are in Appendix A and Areas Maps or Site Plans are in Appendix B of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The contractor will provide Buckley SFB with services in accordance with the PWS, specifically to maintain improved grounds, maintain semi-improved grounds, maintain unimproved grounds, maintain vegetative, inert beds, and related areas, maintain surface drainage ditches, provide special requirements such as: emergency and special event services, xeriscaping, special cuts, and tree care.
