The Township of Sparta is soliciting proposals pursuant through a “Fair & Open process” in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq.
Sealed RFP responses will be received by the Purchasing Agent or designee on Thursday March 19, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time in the Front Conference Room at the Township Municipal Building, 65 Main Street Sparta, NJ 07871 Responses should be clearly marked as stated below:

RFP responses must be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the respondent and the“RFP TITLE NAME & RFP #” on the outside, addressed to Christy Rehe, Purchasing Agent, at the address above sent to the CLERK’S OFFICE.

. The contract will be awarded by resolution of the Township Council to the respondent whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the Township, price and other factors considered.
All interested respondents should check the website from now through RFP opening. All respondents are responsible for the timely delivery of their submission.
It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Any RFP Addenda will be issued on the Township website, www.spartanj.org under Bids/RFP’s for the specified solicitation.
Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
The Township reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to conduct interviews with any or all Proposers, as it deems necessary.
