Project Description: The City of Charlotte (City) plans to contract with one or multiple firms for a period of three (3) years with two-one year renewal option to provide container rental, waste collection and disposal of Waste and Recyclables (Services). The City is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, cost-effective and quality professional services to the City. The Company shall provide Charlotte Area Transit System with collection of disposal services for its non-hazardous waste and cardboard recyclables and
provides rental containers at (15) Charlotte Area Transit System locations throughout Mecklenburg County. Each location may have multiple waste
container requirements and service requirements.
