FY27 Waste Disposal Services for Warehouse

Alabama Medicaid Agency is seeking a supplier for large container dumping service 2 times per month at our warehouse located in Gunter Park, Montgomery, AL.

Our warehouse is located at 2770 Gunter Park Dr E, Units K-N, Montgomery, AL 36109.

Dates of service: 10/1/26-9/30/27

Requirements:

1. Vendor will supply a container sized at 8 cubic yards with a gravity lock and slant top, or 8 cubic yards with gravity lock and steel side doors and lock tabs.  Either style is acceptable if it can be locked to prevent unauthorized use.
2. Collection will be twice per week with additional pick-ups as needed.

Bidder will enter pricing for:

1. Monthly amount for twice a month pick-up
2. Additional pick-ups as needed
3. Disposal amount per ton
4. Gravity Lock

Enter the amount of zero if any of the above are not applicable.
