Description

Contractor needed to conduct quarterly Cybersecurity Maintenance and Sustainment (CSMS) support on an entire electronic security system (ESS) for a two-year period (base year and 1 option year), covering (12) cameras, three (3) NIPR workstations, a VMS server and one Lenel server. The maintenance includes hardening, firmware upgrades (if needed), and updates to both Windows and VMS software, and Lenel On-Guard 8.1 version upgrade. The initial maintenance visit will include vulnerability scanning, system hardening, and compliance baselining to NEC standards. Following each maintenance visit, the contractor will provide detailed reports and offer repair quotes for any identified deficiencies.
