Professional Consulting Services for the On-Call Traffic Engineering Services (RFP #2025-03)

The City is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to submit proposals to provide professional engineering consulting services for the following specialty categories:

Category A: Traffic and Transportation Engineering

Category B: Traffic Signal System Operations

Category C: Grant Support Services

The City of Tustin is located in central Orange County and encompasses approximately 11.08 square miles. The City operates and maintains 138 signalized intersections and is home to 14 public schools operated by the Tustin Unified School District (TUSD). The City has a robust urban planning development project at the site of the former Marine Corps Air Station Tustin. This redevelopment project is one of the largest mixed-use opportunities in Orange County and is expected to bring several thousand additional residents and businesses to the City over the next decade. A map of the City’s signalized intersections is provided in Attachment A.
