KHC Annual Primus Autoclave PM Service

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) in Kayenta, Arizona, intends to award a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Johnson’s Medical Inc., UEI No.: LBGZU48E67P8, for preventive maintenance services for the Primus Autoclave Medical Equipment Sanitizers as required by the Kayenta Health Center in Kayenta, AZ. The period of performance for this request shall begin on 05/11/2025 and end on 05/10/2026.

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Johnson’s Medical Inc., in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available in which Johnson’s Medical Inc. is uniquely qualified to provide the required services for the Preventive Maintenance for the Primus Autoclave Medical Equipment, to ensure there is no interruption in services that could have a negative impact on direct patient care.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Johnson’s Medical Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Daisha G. Richards, Purchasing Agent, at Daisha.Richards@ihs.gov by 1:00 pm EST on Thursday, May 8, 2025.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
