Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District (GSD)
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to: Seek bids from responsive and responsible General Engineering Contractor (E100) or Landscape Contractor (S330) to furnish and install trees, miscellaneous plantings, and irrigation systems at the following five locations according to the attached Project Manual, specifications, and drawings.
a) Hunter High School, 4200 S 5600 W, West Valley City, Utah
b) Hunter Junior High School, 6131 W 3785 S, West Valley City, Utah
c) Hillside Elementary School, 4283 S 6000 W, West Valley City, Utah
d) Whittier Elementary School, 3585 S 6000 W, West Valley City, Utah
e) West Valley Elementary School, 6049 Brud Drive, West Valley City, Utah
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Pre-Bid Meeting: Attendance is required - TUESDAY, JUNE 10, 2025 at 1:00 PM Mountain Time - See Project Manual document.
This expenditure requires GSD Board approval. It is anticipated, award recommendation will be presented at the July 1, 2025 board meeting. Final award will be issued after board approval is given.
