Capital Circle Landscape Maintenance, CS

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified vendor to provide mowing services as well as maintain all turf landscaping, irrigation and trees as well as perform litter control and basic maintenance and routing checks for Leon County Public Works - Operations - Right-of-Way locations, outlined in the Specifications. All services shall meet or exceed the performance specifications and requirements listed in this bid.

The successful bidder shall have on the jobsite at all times an employee who possesses a current Florida Department of Transportation Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) – Intermediate Level Certification (formerly Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) – Intermediate) for Work Zone Traffic Control.

The County reserves the right to negotiate with the successful bidder(s) for any unforeseen additions or deletions that may occur during the term of the agreement, as well as temporarily suspending services during any unexpected drought or other acts of nature that may slow the growth of any vegetation

It is the intent of the County to award the bid based on the total annual cost, with payments to be invoiced quarterly.
