Upon a final selection of project partners, the scope will be refined once everyone’s strengths are identified. Refinement will be reached during the co-design pre-planning phase.
The co-design methodology is front loaded and requires teamwork, collaboration, and engagement beginning no later than January 14, 2026 to ensure construction kicks off by Q2 2026, and continuing for the duration of the infrastructure renewal project work to be completed by the construction contractor that could potentially extend as far as 2034.
