General Concrete Services – Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract

Project Description: Vineyard City is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for general concrete construction services under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract will have a term of five (5) years, awarded as a one (1) year contract with the option to renew annually for up to four (4) years, work assigned on a task order basis.
Selected contractors will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete various concrete-related work throughout the City.
The selected contractor will be responsible for a full range of services, including but not limited to:
-Demolition and removal of existing concrete
Construction of:
-ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps
-Concrete sidewalks
-Curb and gutter
-Concrete collars for utility and storm drain structures
-Structural footings, slabs, and streetlight bases
-Non-structural pads (e.g., benches, trash enclosures)
-Site restoration including asphalt tie-ins, landscape repair, and ADA compliance
-Traffic control and safety measures during construction
Contractors responding to this RFP must demonstrate experience and capacity to support Vineyard City’s evolving infrastructure and commitment to high service standards.
