Project Description: TOHO is soliciting sealed, competitive bids for the disposal of Sand and Grit at a Certified Bio-Solids Facility able to accept solids that are classified as “other” solids. The sand and grit are composed of all solid material that is removed from the sewer system. This material will be delivered to the Contractor’s facility by TOHO staff.
