Additional Requirements:
-The Government wishes to lease space in an existing building.
-First floor, contiguous space is required that meets accessibility requirements.
-The space offered, its location, and its surroundings must be compatible with the Government’s intended use with close proximity to the Eastern Market (no more than 2-3 miles away).
- Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
- A fully serviced lease is required.
-Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.

Attached is the Request for Lease Proposal 57-26163-22-FA-RLP for leasehold interest in general-purpose and special purpose office and related space in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan. The RLP contains all leasing requirements and specifications. All offers must be submitted not later than the due date and time established in the RLP. Any offers received beyond this date are subject to rejection. Unsolicited offer must confirm if they are within the delineated Area of Performance and not within a floodplain.
The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offer.
