The City is pre-purchasing butterfly valves to support the refurbishment of Digester Tank B at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. These valves are used to regulate gas flow and are critical to the timely completion of the Digester Tank B refurbishment, supporting efficient facility operations, maintaining agreed performance levels, ensuring compliance with digester gas codes, and reducing the risk of equipment failures.
