The Army’s Installations L&DC Program provides the laundry and dry-cleaning of government owned items IAW environmental Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other applicable regulations and policies listed in paragraph 5 of this PWS. This process includes drop-off, pick-up at customer designated location(s). The laundry services include accountability, wash, dry, and package specified items IAW Attachment 6, List of Items to meet organizational health and sanitation requirements. Dry-Cleaning services include accountability and cleaning, packaging of items IAW Attachment 6, List of Items.
